FastSoft Announces 10Gbps

FastSoft Announces Industry’s First One-Sided 10Gbps Internet Accelerator at Interop Las Vegas 2009

1U form factor maximizes power and space efficiency

PASADENA, CA – May 19, 2009 – FastSoft, Inc. introduced at the Interop IT Expo the latest product in its E Series line which supports 10Gbps throughput. The E Series EX accelerates TCP traffic 2 to 5 times, speeding up web applications and data transfers, especially for rich media and dynamic content elements.

The E Series EX is built on the FastSoft 2.0 platform – a space- and power-saving 1U form factor – which accelerates rich, dynamic content across the Internet. It offers intelligent performance analysis and reporting to help companies improve end-user experience to create greater loyalty and higher web site conversion.

“The E Series EX requires no client-side technology, so it expands the useful range of your datacenter. Your TCP traffic travels faster globally without requiring regional datacenters, which lowers delivery costs,” said VP Product Management, Diego Dugatkin. “It helps hosting, SaaS, social networking, content distribution networks, and cloud computing companies generate more revenue through creating immersive web experiences.”

The E Series EX ships with either 10Gbps copper or fiber interfaces. The E Series High Availability configuration eliminates single points of failure while employing advanced failover capabilities.
