Unlike two-sided acceleration methods, the FastSoft E Series requires no hardware or software at the destination endpoints, and no tweaking of servers or applications at the central site. The FastSoft E Series is the only solution to deliver to 3 to 7, or as high as 30, times of Internet acceleration, along with the security and simplicity of centralized distribution. Companies can maintain private content distribution networks without building regional data centers, caching or compressing data, or subscribing to costly third-party distribution services.
FastSoft’s patented acceleration technique, FastTCP, optimizes TCP, the leading Internet communication protocol, to achieve more intelligent, efficient transmission. E Series offers end-to-end acceleration across the first and last miles as well as the cloud.
For ultimate network resiliency, the FastSoft E Series ships with a mechanical bypass unit. Fault-tolerance can be further enhanced by using the FastSoft E Series High
Availability (E Series HA) configuration to ensure that delivery of content will not be impacted by network component failure. E Series HA eliminates single points of failure while employing advanced failover capabilities.
E Series comprises five models ranging from 10Mbps through 1Gbps throughput capacity. All models support copper interfaces, and some models support fiber as well.
